Gettin’ Your I AM On!

With so many earth changes happening on a daily basis, it has become quite clear that we need to tap into that beautiful DIVINE SPARK within us… and let go of what no longer serves our highest good. And if you’re still on the fence about meditating… let’s go ahead and gently set the whole notion of meditating aside.  Let’s just look at this time with yourself as that time during the day when you just sit back, close your eyes, and chill for a spell. 🙂

Once you get in the habit of chillin’, you’ll then be in position to move on to the next stage… which is turning your Chill TIme into to I AM Time! Don’t fret! It’s actually quite seamless because you’ll be feeling so good after you’ve chilled that you’ll want to expand the experience even further. Mmm… so yummy!

Here’s a YouTube video that focuses on two of the most profoundly empowering, or dis-empowering, words in our vocabulary… I AM! Empowering if you use them to uplift and motivate. Dis-empowering if you use them to put down and temper.

Life will always be about choice, and the power to choose will ALWAYS be yours!
